Until 1993 I worked with Pro-Ma Systems where I had extensive Direct Sales/multi-level marketing experience in Australia and USA;
Returning to Australia I ran the training division of the Retail Traders Association in Victoria before moving onto the role of National Business Development Manager for the training and group training arm of the Australian Retailers Association;
In 2000 I founded the Templar Group Pty Ltd, focussing on small businesses and working alongside them to love their businesses back to life!
In addition to working with individual retailers and their stores, I work alongside communities throughout Australia in upskilling their retailers - often with local councils, chambers of commerce, or other local organizations.
