For what projects/services did your company hire TeleHealth IT - Web Design & SEO, and what were your goals?

We had an outed website and hire TeleHealth IT to build us a new website to showcase our patient stories, physicians, and other staff

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Google, they were on the first page of Google. I spoke with Chris and he answered all of my questions and sent me a quote the same day.

We wanted an easy website to maintain and allows us to be on the first page of Google. We wanted a wordpress website. They built the site using react and wordpress.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked closely with a 3 employees. A sales person who was amazing, a design who knew his stuff and an account manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since launching the website, we now rank on the bottom of page one on Google for Spine Center. We expect to be on the top in a few weeks. They streamlined the patient sign up, appointments and documentation required before coming into the office.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Unlike past experience with other web companies, TeleHealth IT was professional, they always made themselves available in most cases the same day. Truly a pleasure to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They quickly responded to calls and emails, pretty much all commmunication.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No everything was good.
