The Software House delivers software development services for clients all over the world. I am the Operations Manager of the company.

We searched for experienced, well-qualified developers to augment the team of the project.

How did you select Techvice LLC and what were the deciding factors?

The Techvice team contacted us and offered their services. Later we have completed a couple of calls to check their skills, experience, and communication level. We negotiated very reasonable and flexible conditions to have a try.

The work contains all kinds of tasks, such as the development of new features, bug fixing, refactoring, code review, etc. The team has to follow and analyze the current situation on the project and make wise decisions. All tasks are handled through a task manager. Every day progress is discussed on short daily calls.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We started with one backend developer in the project which proved to be very productive and smart. Now we decided to involve another developer from the Techvice team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The developer managed to set a certain level of professionalism, attitude to work for other developers, and engagement in the project.

The question is not relevant as the team communicates with us directly. The developer easily adapted to the requirements set up before.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Firstly, the quality of work meets their costs. Secondly, the Techvice team is always there, all the matters can be solved quite fast. Moreover, they speak several foreign languages, including Polish, which is quite convenient in day-to-day communication.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is always some space for improvement, but we could say that Techvice completely meets our expectations and we are satisfied with our collaboration.

We are building complex IT projects for various clients worldwide. I am the founder and CEO of the company.

We hire Techvice as a team of experienced web developers to build a multi-messenger chatbot platform.

What were your goals for this project?

We aimed to build a scalable software solution, able to handle thousands of users simultaneously and storing huge amounts of data. At the same time we needed a modern and friendly design and responsive interface.

How did you select this vendor?

We've conducted a series of interviews to make sure this team has enough experience and knowledge. We also performed code reviews in the beginning of our work (however, we soon stopped doing so, because code quality was good and stable).

We worked in 1-week sprints and had calls several times a week. Tasks were managed by Techvice manager, and product decisions were made in collaboration.

What was the team composition?

The team consisted of backend and frontend developers, project manager and QA engineers. During the project Techvice scaled the team according to out needs.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

This project started a new branch in business. It is a new business model that has yet to prove itself. So far it is going good enough.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We used Jira for task tracking and Confluence for keeping documentation up-to date. Calls were held using Zoom. Of course, all the code resided within git instance, and continuous integration and autotesting was set up.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We always kept an open communication between all people involved in this project. All engineers, developers were available for calls if required.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There were only minor issues with this team. Of course as a client we always demand more for less, but frankly speaking, these guys are pretty effective.

My aim is to identify customer needs, design, develop and implement solutions which significantly decreases the overall costs of operation while increasing the productivity in broadcast environment.

The company initially involved 8 developers in the project. All with high qualifications, handle the new technology perfectly.

The engine developed by Techvice is the core of the system.

The organization of the project by Techvice is on a very high level. Everything is delivered on time.

Techvice is one of the company for whom nothing is impossible.

Our website had been built using React.js, which we didn’t have experience with internally. We needed to make some modifications to our website, so I looked for an external contractor to help us.

We needed the modifications listed in our requirements to be done quickly, well, and at a reasonable price.

I sent Techvice LLC a list of requirements and they sent me back a quote. I provided them with the source code and necessary information, and they completed the job.

Andrei (Manager of Sales, Techvice LLC) was my point of contact. A developer also worked on our project, but I was not in direct contact with him.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

It’s hard to describe the exact impact. I believe our website is better with the modifications Techvice LLC made.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Techvice LLC’s project management was impressive. Communication was very fast. They even provided extra work for me. Even though the source code the original developers wrote was probably not the best, Techvice LLC managed to do a very good job regardless.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed by Techvice LLC’s fast contact, strong technical skills, and close involvement.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There’s some room for improvement with the quality. I thoroughly tested the results and found a few problems, but the team fixed them.
