• Full Transition of Development Operations – The Swedish development team has been completely phased out, and Tictinuym now handles 100% of MWM’s development.
• Cost Efficiency – Reduced operational costs by eliminating the in-house Swedish development team, leading to improved financial efficiency.
• Scalability & Flexibility – Tictinuym provides a scalable development capacity, allowing MWM to adjust resources based on demand.
• Enhanced Resource Utilization – Successfully onboarded multiple resources, enabling the team to handle several products simultaneously.

For example, delays can occur when a program has recently been transferred to Techtinium and is still new to their team. However, they adapt quickly and work efficiently to meet expectations as they gain familiarity with new systems

- Develop a user-friendly interface that is intuitive for new users.
- Custom Betting Platform Development:

While the platform hasn't launched yet, we can still establish measurable outcomes to track progress and set expectations.

Techtinium managed the project using an Agile methodology. This meant breaking down the development process into smaller, manageable sprints. We had regular meetings to discuss progress, prioritize tasks, and ensure everyone was on the same page. This iterative approach allowed for flexibility and course correction as needed.

Overall, their responsiveness to our needs was very positive. They were readily available for communication and proactive in problem-solving. Whenever we had questions or concerns, they were quick to address them and adjust the development process accordingly.
