I’m the CEO of UniqueAdvertising4Sure, a digital advertising platform.

What challenge were you trying to address with Techsmart Solutions?
Our website was outdated, and our back-office software was prone to bugs and difficult to navigate. We needed a talented developer to help us redesign both platforms.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
The back-office software required the most work. One of the most prominent features that Techsmart Solutions developed was a tree diagram that allows admin users to monitor all of the users hosted under their account; this enables members to track funds earned from recruitment and report service tickets for missing accounts. The web redesign was fairly simple. They integrated Stripe, an online payment processing system, and configured it so that accounts are automatically created after payment. Currently, their focus is on routine maintenance and support.

I only interact with their owner, but he delegates the work to a much larger team of programmers.
How did you come to work with Techsmart Solutions?
We discovered them while searching for web developers on Upwork. After viewing their portfolio, we were confident that they could help us with our website.
What is the status of this engagement?

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We launched our new platform less than 10 months ago, but we’ve already seen our membership increase from 600 to 6,000 users. Without Techsmart Solutions, we wouldn’t be able to cultivate or sustain the rapid growth.
