We needed a company to help us with our SEO and SEM efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’ve provided a range of web services. On top of having designed our website, they conducted SEO and SEM work for our website. They’ve also implemented creative designs for our Linkedin Page.

They’ve delivered designs for collateral materials like brochures and pamphlets, to be distributed at exhibitions in India and abroad.

Although we’re still in the first phase, they’re currently developing an AI-based analytical tool to determine the prices of our service offering. They’re working with around 4000 data set entries, so it’s a long process. Eventually, we’re going to integrate this new software with our existing ERP.

We started working together in June 2019, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to their work, we’ve received a decent amount of inquiries. Their SEO work has been very effective because we show up as one of the top pages for the best fear manufacturers in India. The progress with the AI project has been slow, so I won’t comment on that just yet.

How did Techrefic Technologies Pvt. Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated through email, and they were responsive. They kept us in the loop. We met in person every two weeks, where they’d update us on project developments. Communication went smoothly, overall.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their core competency is in backend development. They have a strong technical team that’s able to execute backlinking and search engine manipulation. They’re very competent, even in AI.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re lacking in the quality of their content generation. Their writing isn’t up to speed or up to the mark of American standards.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

For creative work, stick to your internal team. I’d engage them for tasks that are technically demanding, because that’s their strong suit.
