We are consulting firm and the site we wanted was to connect our consultants with users our site workflow was to make user login and see and approve their details then they can select the consultant and book a in-house or remote meeting and they will get the email with all of the information including meeting link and consultant calender should be connected with website so their schedule also visible for meeting.
