I am working as an Operational Manager in Ukrainian Dragon Boat Federation, as a national sports federation.

For what projects/services did your company hire Techno Dreams Group, and what were your goals?

Our organization was the host of the 2019 ICF World Club Crew Championship, and we needed a complex solution for the Web Development of our website, as well as Social Network and Video Broadcasting and retranslation. This sports event needed to be Broadcasted all over the World and be top high-quality.

How did you select Techno Dreams Group and what were the deciding factors?

We needed developers which can work with government budgets, deal with official documentation and tenders, and be able to adapt to stress work on a life-time basis once World Championships starts. Techno Dreams Group won tender and did their job well.

We had a main meeting 2 months before Championship, to discuss what we expecting from Techno Dreams Group, as well they asked information from our side. After it, we had a meeting every 2 weeks before the main event and updated all information.

All contacts were in a personal meeting or a Zoom basis. 1 week before the event, we schedule our work during the event and got in contact every day, every few hours, since we needed to make all updated quickly and in time, Techno Dreams Group made their job Great. All of the Technologies they used were adaptable with our China and USA partners, as well as with International Federation data and soft base.

We worked directly with top management:

There was a total of 5 people in contact with us once we started live vent.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Before the event, Techno Dreams Group adapts our website and social media sources, and once we start, we Broadcasted online our event thou Techno Dreams Soft and hold near 5000 online viewers 4 days of the event for 8 to 10 hours each. In total, we received near 3.5 million views and 120 000 unique viewers during the broadcast.

In a total of 5000000 views with post-event broadcasting. People from over 87 countries watched the Championship event, and we are lucky to meet this statistic as a Host Organization. International Federation also was happy to see these results, and we have done our part of contact with the help and work of Techno Dreams Group.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

Techno Dreams Group has its own app, messenger app with a communication tools system like Slack, it is a messenger and tool at the same time - "WeWe Phone" or WeWe messenger. They ask as to download it and work thou it. Once we send a message about something we need to work on, they created a case and work on it, we knew who is working and what is the status of it.

I could not say it was over useful or looks different from Jira or Slack, but it's what they ask us to use. Communication was made with 2 people: CEO and CMO. If we report an issue, we let them know and they fix it ASAP. As well, we were communicated by the CEO, the COO, and the Operational manager.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Techno Dreams Group company has a strong understanding of what to do, and how to do it most modern and high-quality way. Good time-management and professional skills in communication. We believe that Techno Dreams Group would grow into a solid tech company!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They did everything great in a way we expect them to do or required them to do. We can recommend them to update their website since their current website doesn't show what cool project and how quality their work can be done.

These scammers were hired to do SEO and web development. We paid $1500 for an unfinished website and they disappeared.

They did not finish. The project was passed from our designated rep to 12 others who never knew what was going on and wouldn't respond. They disappeared for months until the payment dispute was submitted. Then, they falsified documents and continued trying to charge us.
