Most of the work is under NDA. Project initiation, understanding and logical deliverables are always key for each project worked with Technisia.

Each deliverable was a success at first time.

I'm the Director of Technology for a manufacturing and distribution company. I have worked with this company for over 15 years and am responsible for all of the software that runs the production, distribution, sales team, accounting, warehouse and customer service.

We have found it very difficult to find a single solution that will cover all of the aspects of our business. Because it is difficult and expensive to integrate several products together we have decided to solve many of our issues with a custom software application.

Our goals are to be able to eliminate as many different softwares as possible.

We interviewed several firms and found Technisia to have the best communication and skillset for what we needed.

Technisia has helped us support our old project that was on Mongo DB and Angular while helping us to convert it into a new project using Postgres and React. We are currently running on 2 week sprints and complete daily standup meetings to make sure we stay on track.

We have had 5 or 6 different developers from their team work on our project and all of them have been very proficient.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are in the process of integrating the custom API with our legacy ERP system. This will be used to bridge the gap between the two systems while we work to eventually remove the legacy system. So far the API has worked very well and we are starting to see the front end come together for the new app.

We use Trello and parts of Agile to keep clear communication and project deadlines. There is frequent communication happening daily.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality of work that is produced is very good. They put a lot of time and effort into understanding what we need, and things are clear before the work is started.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing that is ever an issue is the timezone difference. However, when we have a high priority task, their team goes above and beyond to take care of the issue in a timely manner.

We are a leading web hosting provider having clients from around the globe. Millions of customers rely on us for their website, hosting, corporate email and infrastructure.

We needed a company website , mobile app and multiple integrations with datacenters, ISPs and domain service providers. For this purpose we contacted Technisia

SOLUTION

The work included web development, mobile app development, and integrations with REST APIs. The tech stack used was: WordPress, Laravel, and React Native for the mobile app.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The services were provided within timeframe which was 3 months for initial build. Then we continued various new integrations and project took around 6 months in total. Now, we have a completed site integrated with different datacenters, ISPs, billing system and others.

They used agile methodologies and used Asana to micromanage applications.

We needed a system to unify all our orders from different marketplaces in one platform and Technisia helps us develop this system.

We reviewed some of their previous jobs, feedback and skills and decide to work with them.

We had 5 milestones for this project. We prepared a file explaining each milestone in detail. They reviewed our files, asked their questions, and then started them.

There were two people and both were developers.
