We had a simple static website earlier. We decided to develop new one with added feature. Scope of work is below:

1. New attractive design for packer and movers brand.
2. New item entry system to get all customer details in few clicks.
3. Simple quotation system to quick conversion for first time website visitor.
4. Emails for different actions with different templates.
5. Blog system to create and manage new blogs.
6. An admin to handle all quotation and send emails for status updates.
7. A lot more small features including above all.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Techninza team was very professional and truly knew their stuff. They understood my requirement quickly and they did several alterations until I got satisfied with the design. After the design finalisation, they took suggested time to make it functional. At the end, I have a new good looking website.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Techninza follows agile methodology for project management. They delivered the items as our mutual project agreement. They assigned a team for my project including one project manager. I was contacted by the project manager if I forget to answer on the confirmation. They have a backup team too if someone takes leave. So overall, management for this project was satisfactory to me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They do not deliver the work until client satisfy with the quality. They do not leave with half-hearted. I felt this most important thing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Techninza could have done differently?

Techninza needs more of this marketing so that more people may know them. They have experienced and motivated team. They are doing it on small scale because of their busy schedule, But I will suggest them to showcase their work more.
