Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Mobile Application 
Project In collaboration with Techify, we developed two major versions of our mobile application. The scope included enhancing personalization features, implementing push notifications, and designing an interactive user experience. Key deliverables were the launch of two app versions with improved customer engagement and usability.   
Web Development 
Our web development scope covered building multiple new components for the website. Key areas included the introduction of e-commerce capabilities, optimized purchase flows, and subscription flows. Deliverables included functional and scalable web modules that support sales, customer journeys, and long-term growth.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Mobile Application

• Increased user engagement through personalization features.
• Push notification campaigns achieved higher open rate, driving higher activity in the app.

Web Development

• E-commerce implementation contributed to increased online sales.
• Optimized purchase and subscription flows reduced checkout abandonment
• New website components improved page load speed and user satisfaction and increase in session duration.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Techify has demonstrated solid project management across the various projects we have carried out together. In most cases, they delivered items on time and showed flexibility in adapting to our needs. 

As with many development projects, some tasks were harder to estimate, and delays occasionally occurred, often due to dependencies on our input or external factors. Overall, their responsiveness and collaboration have contributed positively to the outcomes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most is their consistently positive attitude when challenges arise during projects. They demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining a high level of competence among their developers, ensuring quality in delivery. 
Overall, they are a great team to collaborate with... Professional, solution-oriented, and enjoyable to work alongside.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Techify could have done differently?

Hard to say but as for all overall collaboration has been positive, one area for improvement (if i search deep in my mind) would be providing more accurate estimations and clearer communication around potential delays. Proactive updates when dependencies or uncertainties arise would help us align better internally.

Strengthening this aspect would make already strong deliveries even smoother.
