To this day, our app is on iOS. Techieonix designed features that made the application innovative and friendly to use. For instance, one can become connected to others and view where they are located on the map. There is also a calendar function which has "heartbeats" for every day you view someone.

To make it simple to share, they included a QR code facility for sharing your contact details. Apart from that, Techieonix also included a tag feature in groups—when you meet someone, you can tag them. When you remember just their name is incorrect, use the tag as a means to search and find them later on. Aside from that, they introduced profile pages where users have the option of showing their photographs, description, and social connections.

We are currently testing the app with around 40 beta users, and feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. People love the designs and features, and they can't wait for the next installment—they're already asking for more. Techieonix delivered exactly what we needed, which is hard to find in an agency. It's clear they have the capability to bring ideas to life.

We gave them an idea of what we wanted at the beginning, and then they worked with my stakeholders and myself to obtain all the details that were needed. This process of working enabled them to truly understand our requirements and objectives.

Since then, we've worked closely with their product and UX design teams through several rounds of iterations to come up with both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes for the app. They've been dedicated to collaboration throughout.

Today, Techieonix has accomplished the initial portion of the prototype, and we're now working together to complete the rest of the project. Our ultimate aim is to have them help us develop and sustain the entire product. Their project management has been superb. Techieonix has always delivered on time, sometimes even before time. At first, when we had vaguely defined requirements, they were willing to go through those uncertainties and played a key role in enabling us to meet our deadlines.

Their timeliness and overall level of service have set them apart from other providers with whom we have partnered. While they possess in-house project management software (which we do not utilize), we've had seamless communication through Slack and Zoom. Their methodology has been efficient and seamless.

Techieonix joined us to provide UI/UX design services, with the main objective of optimizing our existing solution and working within its underlying technical constraints. Their designers collaborated closely with our technical and engineering teams to understand the backend complexities and translate those into a uniform and user-friendly frontend design. For this project, they used tools like Figma and FigJam.

The process started with a UX research phase. Techieonix contacted our current customers and closely examined our existing user experience, outlining all the key features that had to be implemented. Based on customer opinions and lessons learned from their review of our UX, they created a plan to design low-fidelity wireframes. 
These wireframes were made to be flexible, enabling us to prototype them fast while sticking to fundamental principles. Together, we threw a lot of various potential solutions at the problem, including one with conversational commerce.

With Double Diamond, we started broadly in ideation phase before narrowing down to the most effective ideas. Similarly, at implementation phase, we looked at an incredibly broad range of options before landing on the ideal solutions. The project is now nearing completion, with only a few polishing steps to go before final handover to our engineering team.

Our outcomes of working with Techieonix have been hugely positive. Everyone who has seen the design so far has been blown away. Techieonix gave us better understanding of the motivations, goals, fears, and pain points of our customers throughout their user journey. Their ability to empathize with the issue we are attempting to solve has been great in crafting meaningful design solutions.

The entire process has been very collaborative. Techieonix has no shyness in offering feedback and has no problem confidently contributing their experience to the table. Their ability to offer well-thought-out suggestions and voice what they feel is the best direction has added a significant amount of value to the project.

Techieonix International LLC has raised the standard of project management, and we have navigated through all steps of the design smoothly. We have two sessions a week, and they maintain a Slack room where we are able to raise questions and make comments about things in real time. The team has remained communicative and efficient in troubleshooting and technical problems all along.

Initially, we were convinced that onsite brainstorming sessions would be essential for effective collaboration. But Techieonix's online workflow was a surprise in its efficiency. They employed Figma to handle the asymmetric feedback during the design phase effectively.

Also, they have been transparent about timelines and expectations and how any proposed alterations would impact the timeline. For instance, when we had to obtain customer feedback through interviews, they adjusted the timeline by 2–3 weeks immediately. This flexibility and understanding of our timelines have enabled us to balance thorough research with timely delivery.

Techieonix avoided this pitfall by staying focused on impactful tasks. For example, they didn’t dwell too long in the research phase. Instead, they did just enough research to make informed decisions while avoiding delays that could have hindered our progress.

Ideally, we would have had more face-to-face sessions. While their virtual collaboration process was good, there were times when huddling around a tangible board was more effective. We also sometimes had to step back as a group and review everything that Techieonix did to ensure that we were all on the same page. These were more logistics than anything else, though, and sitting down in person was not always an option.

They then created the flow of user experience, presented different UX solutions, and produced high-fidelity screen mockups.

In addition, Techieonix went a step further by communicating with prospective clients directly. They conducted interviews to validate our business plan, its functionalities, and features. This enabled them to acquire vital information regarding the value customers sought, which they incorporated into the design. Lastly, the entire UI/UX was well-drafted using Figma, providing us with a clear and polished visualization.
