Our product line includes beauty and K-beauty items, cosmetics, electronics, perfumery, and pharmacy products. In addition, we provide groceries and lifestyle essentials such as drinks, fresh food, frozen items, and household supplies. We also cater to families with dedicated baby products and offer pet care items as well. Our goal is to provide customers with a convenient, one-stop shopping experience by delivering high-quality products across all these categories under one platform.

The scope of work included the complete design and development of an eCommerce website for my business, Food Cupboard. Key deliverables included a fully functional, modern, and responsive website with multiple product categories such as beauty, cosmetics, electronics, groceries, household items, and more. They implemented an easy-to-navigate structure, product listing and filtering system, and a secure checkout process. The project also included mobile optimization, performance optimization for fast loading speeds, and a user-friendly admin panel that allows me to easily manage products, orders, and content. Overall, they delivered a complete, scalable eCommerce solution tailored to my business needs.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project resulted in a fully functional and professional eCommerce website that significantly improved our online presence. After the launch, we experienced smoother customer navigation, faster website loading times, and an overall better user experience across both desktop and mobile devices. The structured product categories and improved UI made it easier for customers to find and purchase products, which helped increase engagement and conversions. We also saw more inquiries and orders coming through the website compared to before. Additionally, the admin panel made it much easier for us to manage products, update inventory, and handle orders efficiently, saving time and improving our overall operations.

Overall, my experience with TechFreaks was very positive, and the project was delivered successfully according to expectations. However, like any project, there is always room for small improvements.

At times, a bit more proactive suggestion on advanced features or optimization ideas could have added extra value to the project. Additionally, more detailed documentation or guidance on some of the backend features would have made it even easier for long-term management.

That said, they were always responsive and willing to make adjustments whenever needed, so these are just minor suggestions rather than major issues.
