Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

• They had to resolve all existing technical issues on the website
• They had to build in new features based on our requirements into the website. 
• This turned out to be a near full revamp of the entire website 
  • Revamping the students' portal
  • Revamping the mentors' portal
  • Changing the outlook to allow for LinkedIn connectivity
  • Including features for assignment submissions, for students to view feedback, for mentors to provide feedback etc.
  • Including features to view mentorship requests, send mentorship requests etc.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The completion of the website features. We had a separate excel sheet for each of the deliverables which detailed exactly what needed to be done. So once those items were completed, they were tested by us and ticked off the sheet.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They were extremely responsive. It was a very smooth-sailing experience because they responded to our queries quickly and updated us without us even needing to reach out to them. If there were any unexpected delays, they would always communicate it ahead of time, which really helped. They were extremely proactive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Just how involved and proactive they were. Our previous experience with another web development company was not as smooth sailing, and in fact resulted in a lot of technical issues for us. However, it was the complete opposite for TechAlmas. From the get go, they took the initiative to recommend solutions, discuss options, understand our project and values inside out and did their best to align themselves accordingly. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something TechAlmas could have done differently?

Not really. I honestly think they did an excellent job.
