We had little to no insight into our Dubai Showroom, as it was built with minimal corporate involvement. TechAid walked into a difficult situation and performed flawlessly. They documented everything thoroughly and executed our changes with professionalism and expertise. I’ve worked with three other consultants in that region, and TechAid was the only one that truly delivered. They were also extremely flexible with their timing, accommodating our U.S. time zone without hesitation. They will be my agency of record for all future work in that region, and I’m genuinely excited to continue our partnership.

Mapping of current infrastructure – excellent documentation throughout the process

Installation of new access points, including removal of existing units
Reconfiguration of meeting bar and printers
Collaboration with onsite staff to ensure all systems were fully operational

They were incredibly flexible and accommodating. As I mentioned earlier, they walked into a completely unknown situation and came out strong, delivering exceptional results.

They were already familiar with every piece of technology we threw at them, which made things so much easier. No need to explain the basics.

Honestly, I’m almost hesitant to give this review because I’d like to keep them to myself. I spoke with two other companies in the region, but TechAid stood out immediately — talking to them felt like talking to a peer, not just another vendor.

The team conducted a thorough assessment, configured the new Microsoft 365 environment, and performed an automated migration using Microsoft’s Admin Migration Tool. All emails, contacts, and calendars were transferred seamlessly. The transition was completed efficiently, with minimal downtime and no disruption to business communication.
