Tech Feature developed a custom production management solution designed to streamline manufacturing operations and improve visibility across key workflows. The scope included inventory management, Bill of Materials (BOM) management, production planning and tracking, and workflow automation. They also developed APIs to support data exchange between the application and relevant systems. Key deliverables included the custom production management application, inventory and BOM modules, production workflow functionality, API integrations, and testing/refinement to ensure the solution aligned with our operational requirements.
