We define success metrics before writing a single line of code. For most projects, that means shipping a working MVP within 4-8 weeks, hitting agreed-upon KPIs like response time, automation rate, or user adoption, and getting to a point where the client's team can operate the system without us. If the software does not get used, it does not count as a win.

Most MVPs ship in 4-8 weeks. Larger platforms with multiple modules take 3-6 months. We scope tightly upfront so timelines are realistic, not optimistic. Every project starts with a focused discovery sprint (usually 1 week) to nail down exactly what we are building before the team starts coding.

Our team is based in Pakistan (GMT+5), but all client-facing communication runs on US business hours. Hassan is available for calls during your working day. We use async tools (Slack, Loom, shared boards) so nothing gets stuck waiting for a meeting. Most clients forget we are not in the same time zone.
