We are a global sourcing partner of large apparel brands. I'm working in the marketing division, and my position is Asst. Manager - Digital.

We hired TC to develop a new website on the Drupal platform; previously, it was in Squarespace. Our goal was to create a more customer-engaging website for us.

At first, we received a strong recommendation about TC, and they did a small project for us to prove their abilities.

We have a great creative team, and we developed the design in-house. Tech Cloud met us multiple times before they started writing the code. They get all the resources and instructions. After completing the draft code, they upload the site to our demo server. Then we ran multiple corrections and completed our website.

Four team members work on this project. They are PHP developers, and the head of the team was Asst. Manager.

We are pleased with TC's service and plan to get more help from them.

We used Google Sheets, MS Team, Whatsapp and Monday.com to monitor the project.

I love the flexibility; the team showed a positive attitude toward new requirements and feedback.

I think time management is where TC may have more options to improve.

We contacted several companies before taking services from Tech Cloud Ltd. After investigating all the companies, we have found Tech Cloud Ltd as the most reliable for our projects. So we hired them.

We wanted to rank our website on the first page. They did thorough keyword research based on our services and found some keywords that can be used to rank on Google. Then they optimized our website and the existing content for SEO, worked on building backlinks and did other technical optimizations.

Two of their SEO specialists worked with us, including their team leader of their SEO team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our service-related keywords started to rank higher and higher on google searches while working with them. We continued to work with them until we reached our goal. Their service was very effective.

From the first time we communicated with them, they were very transparent until the project completion. We mutually set a deadline for each part of the project. They shared every step with us from the beginning and asked if they needed any additional info. We communicated with them primarily through email and over the phone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Before we hired them, we communicated with multiple companies. In our experience, they were not updated with the latest SEO tactics. Because the SEO industry is constantly changing, so we need an agency that is up to date in these things. We found Tech Cloud highly impressive because their SEO experts are knowledgeable about recent trends.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We have no complaints about their service. They worked fast enough and delivered what we wanted. They can add some new members to their team to accelerate their work process.
