I founded 60 Seconds, which is developing an app that helps people practice communication skills. The solution uses remote updates to supplement face-to-face interaction.

What challenge were you trying to address with Xam?

Although we had vendors for beta and live versions, we decided to switch to a local firm in Australia. We wanted to interface developers in-person in a collaborative process that incorporated customer feedback.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built an Android app using Xamarin architecture. Development focused on tri-region capabilities across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific Region. We navigated around Amazon Web Services (AWS) to ensure the app interacted with the backend server seamlessly. Those are some of the biggest challenges they've addressed.

The team included the product manager, chief developer, a backend developer, an app designer.

Deliveries have been functional and reflect customer preferences; they’ve also earned positive feedback. The app’s new functionalities have increased our growth potential.

They’re accessible via email and phone. We meet in-person every two weeks.

Xam’s extensive resources have made the engagement convenient and efficient. Their skillset – from customer service to UX – has covered every aspect of the scope. The team is flexible and engaged.

Honestly, I’ve been a demanding customer with high expectations. Their flexible, calm, and sensible disposition makes it easy to partner with them.

Development requires painstakingly methodological processes; there are no shortcuts. Xam works through these hurdles and executes them well.
