I’m the VP of operations, programs, and member services for a non-profit organization. We unite and empower healthcare stakeholders and community partners to address critical healthcare issues that are best solved together.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire TDEOS to accomplish for The Health Collaborative?

TDEOS has worked with us on multiple scopes. They’ve led our CRM migration, automation of routine and repetitive tasks, and system integrations.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

For our CRM migration, TDEOS has evaluated options, provided an assessment of cost savings relative to those options, developed a plan, created data architecture, migrated data, trained employees, and responded to ad hoc requests and questions in a very timely manner. They’ve also introduced a new automation platform that’s being used to automate tasks in the CRM and has been extended to individual employee tasks to increase bandwidth. TDEOS has used the Make platform to automate processes and integrate Constant Contact, Monday CRM, Monday, and additional apps.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from TDEOS.

How did you come to work with TDEOS?

We found them through a referral. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, and they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in July 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve successfully migrated to a new CRM, and our employee adoption is in progress. So far, we’ve migrated more than 19,000 contacts and 9,000 organizations. TDEOS has been able to automate several time-consuming, detailed tasks of CRM maintenance and archiving contacts using the Make platform. Staff that previously had to manually track changes and make updates can now use their time elsewhere. We haven’t fully implemented the solution, so we don’t have the full outcome measures yet. However, we plan to focus on the additional, higher-level work that our staff can take on.

How did TDEOS perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management has been stellar. Every conversation and suggestion has been remembered and documented. We have weekly meetings to review the status, which makes everything very clear. We’ve hit every milestone thus far. We primarily communicate through virtual meetings and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

TDEOS has been able to integrate into our organization to understand our true use cases and needs. They haven’t over-engineered our system or created processes that don’t fit within our workforce and norms — this is unique. Raman (Founder & CEO) has built a strong rapport with each member of our leadership team and staff members he’s interacted with. He’s taken the time to see our processes and clicks to understand what we’re trying to achieve. He’s taken every opportunity to integrate with our team, which has led to a better product and minimal rework.
