What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

T&C Technologies LTD’s work has improved our IT reliability and day-to-day efficiency. Key outcomes include faster technical support, reduced downtime, improved network and computer performance, and better readiness of school computer labs and systems for staff and students.Based on our experience, response times have improved from typically several hours to within 1–2 hours for most issues. Additionally, IT-related downtime has been reduced by approximately 30%–40%. Staff has also experienced fewer recurring technical problems. The school has benefited from better-performing computers and network infrastructure, with positive feedback from staff and users.
