We needed help with custom software and web development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

TAWG Creatology developed our CRM system and website for us. Initially, they sent one of their employees to my office for almost two weeks to understand our requirements and needs, which was very helpful. I gave them the idea of how I wanted our CRM system to be customized, and they brought it to life from there. The initial work took about three months to complete. Now, their team is focusing on improvements to our system.

This system has two parts to it: one for travel and one for sales. Both sides are completely customized per our requirements. Using this system, I’m able to create users, check my daily bookings, and send emails to customers. As for the technology stack, TAWG Creatology has used Laravel to develop our website and PHP to develop our CRM system.

We work with various people from TAWG Creatology, including some technicians.

A friend recommended them. Other companies had already tried working on our CRM system, but they were never able to complete it.

We’ve spent less than $10,000.

We started working together in March 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

I’m satisfied with TAWG Creatology’s work — they’ve exceeded my expectations. For example, they’ve thought of things I didn’t think of, and they’ve improved a lot of areas within our CRM system that I didn’t know would be helpful in my work. Thus, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a custom project.

How did TAWG Creatology Pvt. Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

TAWG Creatology has met our deadlines, and they’ve even delivered earlier than expected, which has saved me a lot of time and money. Their team is very fast, and they provide me with daily reports. Moreover, we communicate via Skype, where I can send them a screenshot whenever I find an issue for their technicians to solve immediately.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Working with TAWG Creatology has been a good experience. They talk in layman's language, so we don’t need to understand technical terms. I simply tell them what I need, and they’re able to find a solution to meet those needs from a technical perspective.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if TAWG Creatology had a physical office near mine.

If you have something in your mind that you want to work on, but you’re still struggling with different companies, you should talk to TAWG Creatology and see if they can get it done.
