For what projects/services did your company hire Tavix Technologies Ltd?

MacZin s at an early stage of development, we contacted Tavix team after failed attempt to get another company to capture our vision and design a prototype that captures these as a whole, we needed the WordPress website , UI/UX design etc

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We reached out to BIPC in our area, and they directed us to the Clutch platform, where we read reviews and ultimately decided to work with Tavix because we thought they would be a good fit. After completing their online form, we received a call back the same day and were able to schedule an initial meeting, at which point we were convinced we had found the right agency to work with due to the wealth of knowledge they brought to the table.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Their team collaborated with us on numerous research, they were able to help us make crucial decisions, we wrote out the user story, and then went on to design the prototype wireframes for the various sets of users, we also had a webpage built to be able to conduct our market product fit, and we now have a proposal to build the platform as the next stage. Tavix team is very helpful through out the discussion journey

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Two persons, the project manager and the business analyst, were our main points of contact throughout the duration of the project. I'm sure there were others involved behind the scenes, but we had no trouble communicating with them and understanding what they were attempting to accomplish. The Tavix teams project manager was the key person ..who played a vital role in the success of the project

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are delighted with the work that Tavix has produced thus far; the UX/UI design they created for us is a reflection of the platform we hope to create, and development on this front will begin early in the new year, after we have secured sufficient funding to move into the next phase. Their vast knowledge and experience in the sector allowed them to understand our goals and direct the project to completion.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Tavix's adaptable work style was perfect for our fledgling company. Our project manager was highly efficient and kept us informed at every stage of development so that we were on the same page the entire time. We held a few zoom meetings when necessary but otherwise relied on Skype to keep in touch, and it was simple to coordinate efforts with the rest of the team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Tavix Team is a very professional and pleasant group of people, they have assembled a group of knowledgeable experts, their input from the very first conversation blew me away, they thick all the right boxes for us and we just knew we found the right people to work with, they were able to steer us through the procedure as a startup we had a lot to learn and they had the patience to help us through it all, they back up their suggestions with research evidence, and they credit their success to the time they put into helping us

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Once we got to the design phase, it was finished in no time, so that information should be properly communicated, as I now understand the process. However, the time it took to complete the first stages of user narrative and research before the main design did worry me.
