What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw a big improvement in Core Web Vitals - performance went from around 30 to over 70, accessibility from 89 to 96, and best practices hit 100. The team updated many existing pages and created 10+ new ones, making the whole site faster and more optimized. Takumi team always delivered on time (often even earlier!) and were super quick to help whenever we needed support.

While the specifics of our project are confidential, Lazar and Filip at Takumi did an excellent job, understood my vision, met deadlines, and have provided exceptional support post-launch and have resolved bugs in an expedient manner.

The Webflow app generates reports and insights that used to take our team 8-12 hours per report to generate due to the tedious nature of data collection and input. It also relieved our concerns about data entry errors in the manual process that could have skewed our end result.
