Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Scope was to build and design a new website with new sections, pages and flow. Key deliverables were compltely new layout with 15 new pages, and additional CMS pages for content. Help designing new elements and needed flow for friendly UX.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In only week of launching the new website we have reached over 1000 visitors compared to old less than 1000/month, we have received over 30 comments from clients on clear user experience and we've received few qualified leads for new big projects. Speed, security and flow of the website is expeptional and all the details from design to structure of the site has received positive feedback.

Tahi studio was incredible at communicating and assuring that our project would get delivered on time. They really took our website to the next level and during our project I always felt their enthusiams, positivity and problem solving minsdet that we'd get everything done. They kept track on project tasks, were very responsive and managed the project professionally while keeping a relaxed and collaborative work environment feel.

We worked with Tahi Studio on a full redesign and development of our website, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The scope of work covered:

• Designing a modern, responsive website that works seamlessly across desktop, tablet and mobile

• Building a custom CMS to give our team full control over editing content without needing technical support

• Creating tailored landing pages for campaigns with built-in forms for lead capture

• Optimising site performance, speed, and SEO foundations to support visibility and rankings

• Integrating third-party tools including our CRM and email marketing platform for smoother workflows

• Setting up analytics and tracking so we can measure site activity and user behaviour

• Providing training and documentation for our team to manage the site confidently after launch

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One of the biggest outcomes of the project was having proper tracking in place for the first time. Tahi Studio set up analytics so we could clearly see where traffic was coming from, how people moved through the site, and which pages drove the most engagement.

We also gained full visibility of conversions. With forms and integrations connected to our CRM, we could track sign ups and leads directly from the site. This made it easy to measure campaign performance in real time.

Since launch, we’ve seen a noticeable lift in conversion rate compared to the old site. Visitors are finding the information they need faster, and the streamlined user journey has helped us capture more qualified leads.

Honestly, I don’t see any areas where Tahi Studio need to improve. They delivered everything as promised, with great communication and attention to detail. The whole process ran smoothly, and the end result was exactly what we were hoping for.
