We had multiple projects with tagcoder, the first one is auditing our existing code base and give suggestions on improvements. The deliverable is a 50+ page long pdf. Second one is redesigning the UIs for the app, which is a comprehensive Figma file. Then they helped us refactoring (basically rewriting) both the frontend and backend together with our internal team.

We're still undergoing development of new code base, so there's no measurable outcome yet.

The delivery is mostly on time, but sometimes there need to be multiple rework before the project was able to run.

The company's level of experties is very good. Their developers worked and produced very fast, with a reasonable cost.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Tagcoders could have done differently?

I think the Pull Request review from the senior developer wasn't very meticulous. I think he could ask more questions and be more strict on the code styles when reviewing the PRs. Also, the developer doing the PR review is different than the developer giving us the code audit and designing our new architecture, which had some inconsistency on the project architecture. But overall I'm very satisfied at what I got.
