Specifically, order processing time has been reduced by approximately 35%. Billing errors have decreased by around 90% due to the automated POS system. Inventory tracking accuracy has improved to about 95%, reducing stock discrepancies. Daily sales reports have become available in real time, eliminating the need for manual end-of-day calculations. Overall operational efficiency has improved by approximately 30%, allowing staff to serve customers more quickly.

While the team is responsive and offers excellent support, having more training materials would help new staff become familiar with the system more quickly.
