I am the owner of Divine Health Sciences.

What challenge were you trying to address with Systemeez?

I hired them to build a website for me.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed a website for my business on WordPress, and right now, we are working with them on an e-commerce website as well. I believe the e-commerce site is leveraging WooCommerce. Apart from those projects, we are also looking to do marketing with them in the near future.

What is the team composition?

I have been in contact with three people from their team so far, but I am not sure what their roles are.

How did you come to work with Systemeez?

I connected with them through Facebook while they were offering a promotion for website development.

I’ve spent around $1,000 I believe.

We started working with them in January 2021, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In the beginning, they got started on my website very quickly, which has resulted in a great site. They’re great people, and I recommend them to anyone that needs a website.

How did Systemeez perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered the website before the timeline — they asked for two weeks and then delivered within one. I’ve needed some changes after delivery, and they take care of them. Whenever I need something, we have a meeting, though our communication is mostly over phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The fact that they delivered ahead of their own timeline stands out. They’re very responsive. Whenever I call them, they pick up. They have good client management and already know who is calling; they don’t even need to pull up my account or anything.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there is nothing I have in mind right now. I have worked with other companies, and Systemeez is very professional and responsive. I think they’re the best.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would suggest working with them as they say. They have more knowledge than other people out there and will provide you with ideas as they consult as well. Ask them what kind of website would benefit your business.
