I found them on Upwork. I received around 30 responses in 24 hours and interviewed all of them. They stood out because of their professionalism. While other teams gave me a price without knowing the project's details, the team wanted to have a meeting first to understand what I wanted. The team had 2–3 meetings before providing detailed pricing. They also did a lot of work upfront, so I was overwhelmed by their commitment.

They really stood out in their way of working, even before starting. The team has saved me time and money. The team's expertise allows them to do better work in a shorter amount of time. 

Their project management skills and communication are also on point, which saves time. That's why I also chose them from the beginning. They communicate efficiently and have their processes already mapped out step by step before we start. 

Other teams would have required more back-and-forth communication, but the team's process is smooth. Their price was super competitive, but I know that I will save time working with them compared to others because of their expertise.

Moreover, I've worked with developers for the past 15 years, a lot, because I've been in tech, SaaS, and software for my whole career, and they're amazing at what they do. I have already referred them twice to others as well, even though the work is not finished yet, just because of how they have done it over the last months and how great they are.

Their project management is excellent. The team uses Trello and Figma and communicates via Slack. 
It was very easy to cooperate. They would just update me that there were some extra updates on the design, and I could just give my feedback. So it was like super smooth communication, which I really appreciated. It was very efficient. 
The team is very responsive and always on time. The team is also very direct and never makes me wait for an answer.

I loved that the team has pushed the brakes in a good way. The team has taken the time to map out what I want and work with the designer. I appreciated this process that has made me realize more about what I want.

Sysmetica has been involved from the very beginning. They initially built a proof of concept (POC) to validate the feasibility of our idea. After that, they provided a detailed estimate based on our existing designs and structured development into clear milestones.

So far, they have successfully delivered two milestones and are actively working on the third.

• Gamified experience, including an interactive player mascot and a level-based map
• Integration with Minecraft Education for seamless gameplay transitions

Given the complexity of Huma’s product, we required highly skilled engineers to design and develop the product architecture. Over four years ago, following our company’s rebranding, we engaged two lead iOS engineers from Sysmetica to redesign the app architecture and build a new version from scratch. They successfully developed a core iOS SDK and the initial version of the app within a few months. We subsequently expanded the team, bringing on more iOS engineers to replace the old team, as well as backend and QA engineers. Sysmetica has been consistently developing and maintaining our projects ever since.

Our projects at Huma leverage a common core (SDK), prioritizing flexibility, a modular approach, and ease of extending functionality. We’ve successfully delivered numerous projects built on top of this SDK.

The app concept is built around a 90-day journey where users track their sleep-related habits, earn daily points, and engage with features like guided meditations, educational content, and eventually, AI-based support. The goal was to build a solid, scalable foundation for this experience, with Firebase integration, SwiftUI architecture, and a premium user experience.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Sysmetica helped turn my idea into a working MVP. The backend integration, daily tracking logic, article and progress systems are implemented and tested. Several major features like the chatbot, paywall, and breathwork are actively being developed. The app is on track to deliver the vision I had in mind. We’re currently on pause while I focus on other priorities, but the core framework is already in place and solid.

Yes — all milestones were delivered on time, and Sysmetica was very flexible when I needed to pause development for personal reasons. They adjusted without any issues.
