The most measurable outcome was a significant improvement in operational efficiency. We saw a 30% increase in checkout speed and a much smoother inventory management process. By moving from manual systems to this custom digital solution, we were able to handle higher customer volumes with fewer errors, directly boosting our daily sales. We saw a 75% drop in manual entry errors in our inventory and billing. By automating the sync between the store shelves and the app, we almost entirely eliminated the 'out-of-stock' discrepancies that used to frustrate customers.Our daily sales volume grew by approximately 25%–30%.
