I’m the co-founder of a creative media and video production agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with Synora Designs?

We needed to build a professional website that clearly positioned our media business within the property space. The goal was to showcase our portfolio of work and services, strengthen trust with potential clients, and create a platform that supports ongoing inquiries and business growth.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Synora Designs handled the full website design and build. This included website strategy, structure and layout, custom design, copywriting support, project and services presentation, and mobile optimization. They also set up inquiry forms and helped shape the overall positioning so the site clearly reflects our offering and builds credibility with the type of clients we want to attract. In terms of deliverables, Synora Designs built the home page, about page, nine individual project pages, and a contact page with inquiry forms.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since launching the new website, we’ve seen a clear improvement in how our business is perceived. Clients now reference the website when reaching out, and inquiries are more aligned with the type of work we want to take on. The project pages make it easier to share our work with prospective clients, which has supported stronger conversations, references to our services, and faster decision-making.In terms of metrics, the website has generated four inquiries within the first two weeks and is averaging around 100 visitors per week. We’ve also received repeated feedback from clients and industry contacts commenting on how clean, professional, and well-designed the site looks.

How did Synora Designs perform from a project management standpoint?

Synora Designs delivered on time, and the scope of work was completed rather seamlessly on our end. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
