SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Sync4tech Limited to provide requirements engineering, business analysis, and project management services for SyncSnaps, a centralized platform to manage, monitor, and analyze images from multiple cameras across various sites efficiently and securely. The team provided requirements engineering and project management services for SyncSnaps, a web-based platform that centralizes image collection from multiple cameras, enabling automated time-lapse creation, side-by-side image comparison, activity tracking, camera usage insights, user management with secure authentication, email alerts for camera inactivity, and dashboard reporting for operational visibility. Sync4tech Limited was responsible for everything, from start to finish, including the full design, build, and delivery of the platform.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The platform improved the efficiency of reviewing site progress by automating image management and reducing manual effort in monitoring and analysis. Previously, our cameras were spread across different servers, meaning we had to log in, find the latest image file, open it, and check it individually. With over 100 cameras, this was incredibly time-consuming. One of the key features of SyncSnaps was that we could now see the latest image from every camera at a glance, complete with a timestamp showing exactly when it was received.

Moreover, the platform itself was a product we provided to our clients as a complete time-lapse management tool. Sync4tech Limited developed new features, including image comparison sliders, visual timelines, and built-in time-lapse film creation, giving our clients much more than simply viewing their latest images.

How did Sync4tech Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

They were excellent. Communication throughout the project was professional and responsive. The team delivered everything within the agreed timeframe, and the pricing was fair. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was how well Sync4tech Limited understood what we were trying to achieve and turned our ideas into a working platform. They didn’t just build what we asked for; they contributed ideas, developed new features, and helped us create a much better product for our clients. Communication throughout was excellent, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any.
