They demonstrated the ability to adapt to our needs and adjust to the required processes. We needed a solution to integrate our Customer Support into a single platform. It included Chat, Knowledge Base, Customer Support via Email, Chat, Social Channels in a single platform. 

The team understood our requirements and helped us migrate all our workloads seamlessly to Freshdesk suite of software. The team at SynatyCorp has also helped us migrate customer websites to our platform, maintained our hosting platform, secured it, and helped us grow.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to reduce the churn for our customers, where there was a gap when different agents took up the customer case. We have also grown our platform for hosting simultaneously and have on boarded quite a lot of customers.

The team was always proactive when we needed help. They made sure that they first understood all the requirements clearly and this helped finish up the project quicker than expected.
