We sell networking equipment and other computer hardware online and in-person, either drectly to other retailers or to other wholesalers, on different platforms like BrokerBin and Tradeloop.

So they devised a email marketing campaign and optimized our website and and did it's SEO, but were mainly contacted to build a custom CRM.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The CRM is working but Sales and Revenue are rising up a bit slowly but that could be for other reasons too.

There were delays because the scope of the project kept on expanding, and we asked for extra feature. But overall they were on time.

They had flexible pricing, much cheaper in comparison to others with the same expertise.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Synaphis could have done differently?

Maybe shoudl have much beeter social media presence and do more on marketing.
