What specific goals or objectives did you hire Swift Code Solution to accomplish?

• We wanted to move away from depending solely on our Shopify website and instead launch a branded mobile app for iOS and Android. The goal was to improve mobile shopping experience, reduce cart abandonment, and increase customer retention through features like wishlists, push notifications, and exclusive app-only offers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the launch, our mobile sales have increased by over 60%, and average order value (AOV) has gone up by 18%. Push notifications brought back over 3,000 abandoned carts, and customer retention improved significantly. Users also praised the app’s speed and layout in reviews.

They followed a well-organized timeline and provided weekly demos of progress. Feedback was taken seriously and incorporated fast. Deliverables were always met on time.

It would be helpful if they provided marketing insights or launch strategies for the app, but this wasn’t included in our scope.

The app is being created from the ground up for iOS and Android.  We have been collaborating to identify an outline of what works for us after Swift Code provided us with samples of potential concepts.  Additionally, we have given them team branding requirements.  We are currently in the development stage after finishing the design phase.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Every piece of work that Swift Code has given me is excellent.  I can tell the software is of excellent quality because of its visually appealing and captivating design.  I'm excited to launch the landing page the team made for me because it looks good.  Swift Codework is amazing.  I appreciate that Swift Code has a marketing division in addition to providing a range of services beyond app creation.  I appreciate that I can get what I need for this project from the team.

Swift Code is incredibly well-structured.  Although I can reach the team by phone and email, Asana is where we communicate the most.  I have an account, and I use Asana to email the team as necessary.  I appreciate that all of the project's components are in one location and well-organized; this is the greatest method of communication and guarantees that no work is missed. 

 Swift Code is adaptable and fulfills deadlines.  The team has been understanding with me, yet we have missed deadlines because I was unable to deliver things.  I'm also accommodating when Swift Code has missed a deadline, which is seldom often.  Usually, the squad arrives on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Swift Code responds to all of my inquiries and is customer service oriented.  I usually get in touch with my project management team, but if there's something I don't believe they can handle, I get in touch with Nick, who has been really helpful.  Swift Code has made me very pleased.  I appreciate that the staff consistently fixes problems and makes sure I'm happy as a client.  The team makes every effort to produce a high-quality product, and they have fixed any issues I had with their first presentation. 

 Swift Code appears to actually care about the success of my project and is highly professional.  If I'm successful in the long run, I'll probably use Swift Code again to develop another app, suggest them, or employ them to manage the current one.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Swift Code Solution could have done differently?

There is nothing that Swift Code can do better, in my opinion.  I told Swift Code that I wasn't satisfied with the app's direction, and they gave me a different project management team.  The new project manager, who is a terrific listener, completely redesigned the project's concept and made it what I had envisioned.  Since Swift Code is doing everything correctly, I have no constructive criticism.
