While my overall experience with Swadhin IT Solutions was excellent, one area for potential improvement could be offering more post-launch analytics training for clients to better track and interpret campaign performance data on their own. Additionally, integrating more advanced real-time engagement tools, such as live polling or instant feedback widgets, could have further enhanced voter interaction during the election period. These are minor suggestions, as the delivered website already exceeded expectations in terms of quality, functionality, and timeliness.
