We hire Svitsoft for our projects in residential real estate: Kyiv: Creator City, Krauss Gallery, Gravity Park Lviv: Beethoven, Residential complex on Striyska Ternopil: Varshavsky micro-district, Naberezhna Vezha For each of these projects, we used all or a couple above mentioned services. Despite the ongoing hostilities in the territory of Ukraine, we continue to bring projects to completion.

The process usually consists of the following: Svitsoft team develops a plan and list of advertising channels, and we approve it; approval of budgets; determination of KPI and terms for each advertising channel; analytics and reporting; a constant search for ways to optimize campaigns and budgets. In 2021, the brand recognition of the developer Kreator-Bud doubled from 4% to 8%. In 2021, Creator City was included in the TOP 10 most popular residential complexes in Kyiv and took 7th place.

In 2022 our two residential complexes were in the TOP 15 most popular residential complexes in Kyiv. Creator City took 8th place, and Gravity Park took 12th place. Also, 7 of our residential complexes were included in the list of the TOP 15 most popular residential complexes in Ternopil, and one was in the TOP 20 in Lviv. Our site demonstrate progress and our success. But unfortunately half of year ago we have to stop our cooperation that went on 11 years because the war destroyed our business.

The workflow between our companies was very effective. Together we found a solutions to problems and dealt with each other.

This is a company with big ambitions that realizes their opportunities and goals and always keeps its word.

Of course, a lot of things could be done differently, but we were satisfied with the result of our cooperation. If i could back time i would set different targets.

We’re working with them to create a huge and effective line of products in quality and professional advertising on social media. The number of people who want to buy or are interested in the product have gone up about 200%.

We started with the project with fewer numbers, and by the end of the year, we had increased up that number two times, and even more across other projects they were working on.

How did Svitsoft perform from a project management standpoint?

Their managers are hands-on with whatever we need and cater to our needs accordingly. We tried to use JIRA as a project management tool, but handmade reports were the best. We communicated through Messenger calls, video calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Statistics come from Google Analytics. Svitsoft creates reports every month detailing effectiveness and their costs.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are patient and behave like the people who want to bring you the most effective results. Their deep, professional level of services covers nearly all aspects of advertising.

They need to add on to the services they offer to have a wider audience.

CMO IB Aliance. IB Aliance — is a leading Ukrainian real estate developer, famous with such projects as RC Great, RC Dibrova Park and others. The company was established by a team of Ukrainian and foreign specialists in the management of investment projects in the field of residential real estate.

My position is outsourse CMO and I am responsible for the marketing process in separate projects, not for the company's marketing at all.

We cooperated with Svitsoft in many projects in the field of real estate. One of the last of our common projects — residential complex Great in Kyiv. The services, that Svitsoft provided to us are usually the following:

The goal of our cooperation in the context of real estate sales is always to increase the number of incoming applications (leads) and reduce their cost. In addition, we must constantly work on the "warmth" of the lead. For this, various tools are used, including brand awareness tools.

Initially, we chose a contractor based on his reputation and cases in the niche we needed (sale of real estate). At the beginning of our cooperation, Svitsoft managed to prove its expertise to us, relying on the cases they already have. And, since there are practically no agencies in Ukraine that are highly specialized in real estate, our choice was obvious.

Before any actions, we asked our customers in the telegram channel - what do they pay attention to when choosing a place to live? This helped us to perfectly combine the benefits of the product with the needs of the target audience and build our strategy on the basis of the concept

"Absolute comfort on the first line of the Dnipro river". We decided to launch all the sources of leads at once, but with a single message and message that could be traced everywhere. Repetition is the main point.

Dozens of tools and platforms were immediately launched: advertising on Google and FB: push-mailings, domik.ua, address.ua, Viber, telegram-channel, YouTube-channel, dom.ria, lun.ua, OLX, and others .

According to the law of synergy, all sources influenced each other and created a whole brand of RC, in which comfort is above all. A lot of attention has been paid to making really high quality content that you want to watch and watch. The campaign itself was divided into three stages:

1. The first stage included the formation of product knowledge, insight testing and warming up the audience. Call tracking from AdSaver helped us to determine the client path. The messages of this stage were emotional and touching.
2.  The second stage was aimed at dealing with objections and customer barriers, educating consumers on the quality of building materials, and a detailed review of the benefits of location and infrastructure of the product. The messages of this stage are rational.
3. In the third stage, we continued to work with barriers and added a few promotions to make the final push. Svitsoft used the results of each stage to optimize the next one.

The goal #1 was to accelerate the sale of apartments by increasing the number of leads by + 40% to the average monthly involvement of leads (or more than 800 leads per month) by May-December 2020. Result: + 106.8% increase in the number of leads (1218 average number of leads per month) in January-August 2021. "

Goal #2: Reduce the cost of lead — 30% to May-December 2020 Result: — 46.7% reduction in the cost of attracting leads in January-August 2021.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our cooperation has been going on for more than one month, we know and understand each other well with the key members of the agency, so mutual understanding happens at lightning speed.

Svitsoft is a team that has a unique and deepest expertise in the field of real estate sales. That team does not need extra advertising among the developers of residential real estate in Ukraine, because it made a name for themself already a long time ago at the market.
