I’m work at a boutique strategic partner and decentralized exchange (DEX) market maker. We help Web3 projects design sustainable token ecosystems, stress-test markets, and manage on-chain liquidity using advanced analytics and simulation tools.

What challenge were you trying to address with Surgence Labs?

We needed help building and executing an end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) growth program for our company. We wanted to clarify our positioning and narrative, grow and operate our community channels, and drive measurable user acquisition through creator/key opinion leader (KOL) distribution, content, and performance-based campaigns.

Their scope covers positioning and GTM planning, building a content and distribution system across key channels, and running community growth and operations. They also manage KOL/creator outreach and campaign execution to expand our reach and drive user acquisition. In parallel, they define KPIs, set up reporting and analytics, and provide ongoing optimization recommendations.
