We are an online selling platform for various industries. We are also provide reseller services on our platform.

Our main goal was to provide various different products on one platform and also to give some reseller services are also. So, clients get various products on the same platform, They easily find products.

Surbhi Infotech was very research base company in website and e-commerce development. They have proper strategy to how to develop e-commerce platform. And also their portfolio for shopify are also good.

When I was found surbhi infotech for shopify development for my e-commerce store they give me numbers of idea how to develop and design it with user friendly with user experience. They had developed the whole website for BDSZY, and they are running work on Bdszy Fashion as well.

Parth V. is Founder of Surbhi Infotech so, I directly contact with them via LinkedIn. After they understanding my all requirement regarding e-commerce platform, after that I meet Project Manager Tushal S., Designer Milan M., and Developer Jaivik P.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Everything on our website has been developed and design by Surbhi Infotech. Our company wouldn't be as successful as it is today without the E-commerce store. The Shopify app saves us a lot of time and really makes things easier. I wouldn't keep doing so unless I was really happy with everything they did. There are plenty of other companies that offer the same services, but we've never even looked for anyone else.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Their team is great in terms of responsiveness and timeliness. We communicate via email & Google Meet. We usually get a reply within ten hours even though we're in different time zones. It works well for both of us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We’ve never had any problem with the quality of the work, and it's always a good price as well. In addition to their responsiveness, I appreciate their speed in completing tasks. Sometimes I can't believe how quickly they sort problems out.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I honestly can't think of anything. I can't fault a single thing they've done over the last five years.

Surbhi Infotech was found via my competitor's store. As a credible partner who has the ability to customize Shopify based on the client’s requirements.

When I say we were looking for a Shopify expert, it wasn’t just about designing and setting up the platform, but they also have the capability to customize the platform based on our business requirements. They had developed the entire website for OCTICS.

First I meet with Parth Vithani founder of surbhi infotech for an understanding of my Requirement. After their team, I meet with project manager Tushar Sonani, designer Nancy Sachapara, and Shopify developer head Jaivik Patel.

Because we were looking for a partner who could customize the platform based on our business requirements, I think SURBHI INFOTECH really stood up to the expectations. They actually provide solutions to any problems we have which made a big impact in terms of our online sales.

They have come up with innovative ideas that have helped us grow the business and also increase our conversion rates.

We have calls with them once a week. They use a project management tool Asana within their organization. They’re fairly organized when it comes to any kind of task because they are using this tool. They come back to us in terms of what is feasible and what is not. I don’t see a problem in terms of the project management front.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The main differentiator that Surbhi Infotech brings to the table and the main advantages of working with them is their capability of innovating and customizing Shopify as a platform. Working with other brands allows them to have great insights into best practices, so they’re in a strong position to give constructive criticism.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are very innovative and creative. It makes sense if you tell them what the business problems are and let them come up with a solution. Their solution could be better than the solution you are already thinking of
