Scope of work performed: over 10,000 hours of analytics, over 100,000 hours of development, and over 40,000 hours of testing. This resulted in the creation and implementation of the following features and systems:

• A system interface that provides a user-friendly and intuitive behavior for all users.
• User's personal cabinet
• Personal cabinet of the specialist, allowing to control the created announcements, to track the bookings of services, to respond promptly to clients 
• Online booking system that allows users to quickly and conveniently sign up for services.
• Subscription system that provides access to exclusive offers and services.
• Ordering system, which helps users to find a specialist for specific needs in the shortest possible time
• Internal chat service for fast and effective communication between users and specialists.
• Setting up a system of reviews and ratings, providing transparency and trust in the platform.
• A blog with expert articles, flyhacks and other publications on topics useful to users.

At present, the platform has over 700 registered professionals working in more than 100 categories. Every day, over 4,000 unique users visit the site. More than 100 users have left their reviews. Thanks to the system's capabilities, over 10,000 transactions have been conducted.
