This was a skills development program to be able to advance skills in presentation and visuals and design effective reports.

It was based on the training needs of employee and the unique services offered by the Trainer.- Single sourced

Trainer engagement bto understand the business process and identified opportunities. We wanted to go with power BI because we liked the data visualisation features. Trainer showed us how to use Power BI desktop.

• The founder - was the main source of training
• two other staff - were in contact for the communication and registration

Switching to Power BI made it a lot easier to analyse data thanks to its intuitive dashboards and automated processes

Effective, they adapted very quickly to change in scheduling

Their professionalism and expertise were impeccable!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The course was a 5 day/ 5 hour session, The time could be extended in terms of hours in a day to ensure more practical experinces with more examples.
