The results have been great, and the company is always responsive and suggests new ideas.

They never say no we can't do that. They may offer alternative solutions based on their experience but they are always supportive

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would have preferred better targeting for our audience but some of that is simply people not from our target who like the content
