I’m the CEO of a content strategy and thought leadership agency that is focused on the financial services industry.

What challenge were you trying to address with Stylemix?

We wanted to do a significant update of our WordPress website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I selected a WordPress theme, and Stylemix installed and customized it to fit our brand identity. This included integrating our logos, brand color scheme, fonts, and photography. Once they had customized it to our liking, they migrated all the content to the new site. 

What is the team composition?

I had one point of contact who acted as our project manager. 

How did you come to work with Stylemix?

I purchased the WordPress theme through an online marketplace, and they provided a list of vendors that could customize it– Stylemix was one of them. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $450.  

What is the status of this engagement?

The project took place from February-March 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I haven’t launched the website yet. However, the project was a big success. They designed a site that met all of my design standards and accurately migrated all our content. 

How did Stylemix perform from a project management standpoint?

We interacted through email. I provided an initial spec in terms of what was needed. Then, the project manager worked with Stylemix’s development team to get everything implemented. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team offers an affordable price point coupled with a high degree of service. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was a bit of a lag in response time because of the time difference between us. That’s not their fault though. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers? 

Be as clear as possible about your specifications. The more you tell them, the better they’ll perform.
