I’m the president of a software retailer. We sell software, implementation, tech support, and software implementation.

They mainly provide staff to support our work. The team works in web development, general software development, tech support, and software issue resolution.

We work with one member from their team but if we need other resources beyond that person’s capabilities, we’ll request additional resources.

We found them online, among a pool of about 10 different places. They had the skills we needed, worked with our schedule, and had good pricing.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $2,000 per month for most of our relationship.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2013, and our work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Their quality is great, which is why we’re still with them. The team has certainly helped us drive revenue.

How did STW Services LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

They hit deadlines well and it’s nice that they provide a wide array of skills to help our customers. We use Teamwork.com for project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re reliable and there when I need help.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t have any complaints.

My advice is to make sure the requirements are clear, and the agreements are also clear.
