Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

StrategistHub has been asked to develop  Phase-l of an MVP that is a Web Application which comprises on Version 1  and Version 2. Whereas the goal of version 1 is to just lay the groundwork and allow users to get on boarded onto the platform. The goal of version 2 is to unify the language used between the different users' needs and offerings. 
The idea is to improve the definition of a business and begin centralizing the data around those definitions. The Structure, Strategy, and Statistics is the type of data. Structure defines the components of the business. Strategy provides data around the structural component. Strategy defines the targets for how the structure/statistics should develop.

The Strategy and Statistic components are based on a structural component. The Structural Component has hierarchy to allow businesses to define departments and define the components within the departments. The business as an entity is an element at the top of the hierarchy by default. Allowing users to add statistics and strategies directly under the business without other structural components.

Version 1 entails:

1. User Profile Management with option to have four profiles per user and switching application context between profiles.
2. Connection Manager with ability to start Live Chat between Connection. 
3. Community Explorer with a Suggestion/Recommendation Engine to recommend profiles based on the keywords they have in their profiles including information, their offerings and needs.
4. Full Text Search and filtering option on Community module.
5. In App notifications.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The set milestones were:

1. User Authentication-- Profile Management My Account Settings
2. My Network/Connection Manager--Search & Recommendations Notifications Chat
3. Admin Role /Public
4. Final Delivery after testing

The Project Management was good. They always responded promptly and their service was impeccable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something StrategistHub could have done differently?

There could be an improvement in their Design but then again design is subjective. We went with a design that was reflective of local preferences.
