Weekly Design & Functionality Alignment

Conducted weekly alignment sessions to brainstorm, refine, and finalize website design and functionality. 

Website Design (Figma)

Co-designed the official Metaversity website layout and user experience using Figma, ensuring brand consistency and intuitive navigation. 

Website Development (Webflow)

Built and launched the Metaversity website (joinmetaversity.com) using Webflow, translating approved designs into a fully functional site. 

Learning Management System (LMS) 

IntegrationIntegrated the existing LMS into the website for seamless access to courses and student progress tracking. 

Developer Collaboration

Coordinated with other developers responsible for the LMS to ensure smooth integration, testing, and functionality alignment. 

HubSpot Integration

Embedded HubSpot forms into the website to streamline lead capture, user sign-ups, and CRM connectivity.

• Successfully launched joinmetaversity.com on Webflow, making the platform publicly accessible to learners and partners.
• Achieved a 100% migration of course content from the LMS to the new website without downtime.
• Reduced manual lead collection by 100% through automated HubSpot integration.
• Coordinated weekly alignment meetings that resulted in on-time delivery of key milestones (design approval, Webflow build, LMS integration).
• Established a functional and design foundation that supports adding new courses, scaling user sign-ups, and tracking learner progress.

Stefan’s project management skills are top-notch. From the very beginning, he has been highly communicative, whether through weekly alignments to keep our goals clear or detailed discussions on design and functionality to identify what works and what does not. He also contributes valuable design suggestions, which we greatly appreciate, given his extensive experience in website creation. He consistently delivers on time, keeps his commitments, and welcomes feedback with openness.

Service Provider will build a dedicated landing page focused on capturing leads while the full
website update is in progress. The page will be clean, fast, responsive, and designed to collect
visitor contact information effectively.

2. Purpose of the Landing Page
● Capture leads through a simple, clear form
● Provide visitors with a compelling value proposition
● Maintain brand alignment with your existing design vision
● Act as a temporary front while the full website is being updated

● Design & Development: Service Provider will create and code the landing page, aligning
with Company’s visual ideas and brand style.
