Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

SOP built our complete Shopify store from scratch. The work included: - Theme setup and customisation to match our brand - Building the full product catalogue with variants, sizes and collections for our motorsport gear range - Setting up payment and shipping options for our markets - Creating all the store pages and navigation - Optimising everything for mobile, since most of our customers shop on phones - Product and collection page structure so customers can find what they need After the store went live they also handled technical support and fixes as we added new products and made changes to the catalogue. They handled the whole build, so we could focus on the products and the business side.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The store went live with our full product catalogue, and the checkout works properly on mobile, which is where most of our customers come from. Since launch we have been able to add and manage products ourselves without needing developer help every time. Orders come through smoothly and we have not had technical issues with the store. The site loads fast and customers can find products without confusion, which was one of our main concerns with the old setup.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Communication was straightforward throughout. We stayed in touch over WhatsApp and email, and they usually replied the same day. They shared progress as the build went along, so we could see how the store was coming together and give feedback before things were finalised. When we asked for changes to the layout or the product pages, they made them without pushback. Deadlines were mostly met. There were a few points where things took a bit longer than expected, but they kept us informed rather than going quiet. After launch they were still available when we had questions or needed fixes, which mattered more to us than the build itself.

What was your primary form of communication with Start of Pakistan (SOP)?

Virtual Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out for us was that they understood the e-commerce side, not just the coding side. They would point out things we had not thought about, like how the product variants should be set up or what would confuse customers at checkout. We had worked with developers before who just build what you ask for. This was different — they pushed back when something would not work well for customers, and explained why. The other thing was that they stayed available after the store went live. A lot of people disappear once they get paid. They kept helping when we needed changes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Start of Pakistan (SOP) could have done differently?

Timelines could have been tighter in a few places. Some parts of the build took longer than we expected, though they did keep us updated rather than going quiet. It would also have helped to get a clearer picture at the start of what the whole process would look like, stage by stage, so we knew what to expect and when. Neither of these caused us real problems and we would work with them again, but that is where there is room to improve.
