Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

It consists of transforming a client's custom-code website into a Shopify Ecommerce. The biggest difficulty that has arisen for us, and in which we need support, is the development of an app that calculates the price of custom-cut foam pieces based on different variants. The measurer would consist of 3 steps: 

• Step 1, the customer chooses from 9 foam densities. 
• Step 2, the customer chooses between 10 shapes of the desired foam piece. 
• Step 3, depending on the chosen shape, 2 to 5 boxes are enabled to customise the measurements of the shape. 

Some of those values have a maximum and/or minimum limitation. We would need you to: 

• Design the UI of the measurer based on our guidelines.
• Implement the measurer on a Shopify Ecommerce, upon design approval. 
• Publishing the measurer on the web and debugging/testing that everything works. Any improvements in design and user experience are welcome.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project has not been delivered, even though it was supposed to be finished by November 16th 2023. It's been 4 months since we started working with Stark Edge and not only we are behind schedule, but also our messages and mails are being ignored.

Turns out Stark Edge doesn't have the knowledge to code or develop the app that they promised and only presented us with a non functional mockup. We even made a first payment of $1000 and since they are not answering our messages, it looks like they don't intend to make a refund.

They started making up excuses like "our Skype got hacked" (but they wouldn't respond to the emails or text messages that we'd send them)...totally unprofessional and childish.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Stark Web Design could have done differently?
