We slowly saw how our initial design came to life, and they always let us know once a function was developed and was ready for testing, so we were confident that the development was going on as planned.

Yes, most of the time they delivered as planned, but as we all know, in IT development, sometimes issues arise and need more time to be solved. However, they always let us know why and what the new timelines were. The communication was excellent.
