Our company operates in Pakistan's edible oil and ghee industry, supplying products through a network of 36 branches across the country. Located in Hattar Industrial Area, Haripur, we serve the Pakistani market through our nationwide branch network.

Our goals were to centralize business records, simplify daily workflows, reduce manual recordkeeping, and improve access to consistent information across our 36 branches. We also wanted to give management a consolidated view of operations to support coordination and decision-making.

StackNova designed and developed a custom ERP system tailored to our oil and ghee business. The scope focused on bringing our agreed operational workflows and business records into a centralized application, with the needs of our 36-branch network in mind. Key deliverables included a customized ERP application, user interfaces for daily tasks, structured data entry and record management, and access to business information for operational oversight.
The system was developed around our company’s processes to help staff manage information consistently and support coordination between branches and management. The project ran from May to August 2026, with the overall objective of reducing reliance on manual record keeping and providing a consolidated environment for managing business activities.

The project resulted in a centralized ERP system for managing business records and daily workflows. Key indicators of success included reduced reliance on manual record keeping, easier access to operational information, and more consistent data management. These improvements were observed qualitatively; specific time savings, error reductions, and financial gains were not formally measured.
